Most projects don’t happen spontaneously. They take time to plan and budget. If you are in those stages, then you are probably wondering, “How much will it cost to paint my project?”. Normally, if you ask a painting company that question, they avoid it, and you will get an answer that deflects the number and steers you towards giving you an estimate after they see the space.
We want to do that first! Of course, every project is unique, and to give you an accurate and detailed estimate, we need to meet with you and see the space in person. However, this does not mean we can’t at least give you a good idea of pricing so you can budget accordingly. The following pictures represent a typical project for that service to help you determine where your project is in comparison. Please remember that these prices are not meant to replace a live visit and estimate, simply to help you plan and budget. Some projects will fall below and some above these ranges. There are lots of factors to determine accurate pricing such as, but not limited to, the extent of interior/exterior repairs, heights, choice of products and colors, amount of trim, doors and or obstacles specific to your home. We paint projects of all sizes, so if you don’t see something listed, just asked, we would be happy to help!
All exterior prices include labor, materials and premium exterior primer and paints. Most exterior projects have standard prep work included which includes cleaning, sanding, removing of moderate flaking or peeling paint, light caulking and (2) coats of exterior paint.

Smaller Single-Family Home
These homes are smaller in size, include wood, metal or aluminum siding. They have limited trim, and minimal peeling paint and include 2- 3 colors.

$6,500 - $12,500
Larger Single-Family Home
These homes are larger than a small home, include wood, metal or aluminum siding, or stucco with wood trim, moderately peeling paint and include 3 colors.
- Average Price:
$13,000 - $20,000
Large / Ornate / Sided / Stucco Home
These homes tend to be larger with a variety of substrates and intricacies. They often have peeling paint, damaged shutters or trim, with heavy detail work and can feature more than 3 colors.
- Average Price:
$20,000 - $30,000+
Small Deck
A Small Deck is around 10x15 with basic railing and balusters. They typically have a semi-transparent or solid stain.
- Average Price:
$1,500 - $2,500
Large Deck
A Large Deck is larger than 10x15 with more intricate railing systems and possibly multiple levels, steps. They typically have a semi-transparent or solid stain.

$2,500 - $4,500+
