Two story foyers can be a challenging place to paint and requires the use of some type of scaffolding to accomplish the task. Pictured here is a foyer on our Villanova project where the previous owners had an elaborate faux-finish block technique applied. The walls had to be thoroughly sanded to remove the 3 dimensional edges that existed and then primed before finish coats were applied. The foyer also had one of our favorite ceilings too, as you can see here the stepped ceiling gave the foyer an added touch of elegance.
